B4 the housing market took a dump I was happy flippin a house here and there and doin well with that. Started a small business and doin fine now. Im curious tho , why cant I start a thread. Do I need a certain number of posts first ?

Finishing my degree in Business Marketing and Management at Siena College in Albany, NY.
