My guess is that the cost will be restrictive - and the wire harness in the car may not accomodate the addition of the screen as it is designed to be controlled from the front and rear consoles. Check with your dealer and a good mech that works for them and see if they think it is possible to do at a reasonable cost. Might be better to tint.

Smokinmax, I may be in the minority here, but I have the screen on my Max, and aside from my 5 yr. old daughter playing with the controls putting it up and down repeatedly, I hardly ever use it.

As I said, perhaps you have a need that I don't, but I would just think about it before laying out the cash to add it.

Its the rear window shade. Its motorized and extends down the rear window.

I had one (notpowered) on my VW. It was nice to keep the sun from cooking the rear passenger seats from direct sunshine. Perforated too, so you could see out of it. Problem I found was it would pop out of the holders every once in awhile.

Wish all the windows had something like it for privacy. Ofcourse, there is always tinting...

Hey, I like that idea and lets make it sound proof too. I have two girls and when they get to arguing I would love to close them off.

I'm sure this was discussed before. There's an aftermarket unit that looked good. Somewhere around $150-170US.
