No NISMO for Max

I was on Nissan USA and i noticed that they now offer NISMO all over their website. I was very dissapointed to see that they had nothing for the Max. I was on the phone woth them and registered a compliant that I felt left out to have spent good money and gould do any aftermarket stuff lik etj=hose with the Z of hell even the pathfinder has stuff up there. I think we should start a petition.

agreed, of all models to leave out? I mean the Max built Nissan. Nismo Altima... wtf? I'm considering getting the Nismo decorations (overpriced caps, etc.), but if that's all I can add, what's the point?

Is the 6th gen Max available in Japan? If not then that might be the reason why Nismo parts are not available for the new Max. Just a thought.

New Max, NISMO is barely if at all available for any Max. I wouldn't think the Altima is over there or some of the trucks and they all have NISMO. Good question. I doubt our 6th Gen is there though.

I've emailed Nissan through their site about this. Everyone should write them about NISMOless Max. I'm writing these guys too:

There aren't really any NISMO parts available for the 5th gens either, other than appearance mods as others have mentioned. I really think that Nissan is dropping the ball with this.

Toyota Camry is the number one seller amongst Toyota cars but TRD (Toyota Racing Development) does not have a lot of stuff for Camry. MR2, Matrix, Supra (dead) and even Corolla got more TRD high performance and accessories parts than Camry. NISMO is also not making a lot of stuff for Maxima unlike other Nissan cars. Most of the Nissan cars are not even sold in USA but they get more high performance and accessory parts for their cars from NISMO. US market is the largest consumer of imported cars in the world but the car manufacturers and after market companies (i.e. TRD, NISMO) are not paying attention to that. I own a 97' Camry V6 XLE with TRD body kit, TRD muffler, TRD wheels, TRD springs & struts, engine and radiator cap but I'm missing the TRD CAI, TRD engine parts because TRD is not making them.

I've been clamoring for Nismo parts ever since I bought my Max.
Look at cardomain, there are more Maximas on there than any other Nissan. I just don't get it.
Is Nissan afraid to make a profit off of us?
