A week without the max

I just got back from VA, been gone a week for business. I had a suburban for a rental, stinks. Anyways, I just wanted to say that when I got home, regardless of the cosmetic issues with my max, regardless of all the crap I have said, which is still true. IT FELT FABULOUS TO DRIVE THE MAX. I DROVE IT ALL NIGHT, MAN I MISSED MY BABY... I recommend all you haters to go drive junk for a week then come back to your max.

Thank you Enterprise for letting me appreciate my Maxima.

Needn't be junk. When I get out of my Vette and into "her" Maxima it's like I lived and went to heaven...honest.

to smack me into realizing the performance of my Max, I drove my old '88 Buick again, testing it for my sister. This baby has shown me what true love for your car means. I don't care about my last car anymore, it was too much maintenance anyway.

.....feel you pain. Exactly one week today I was involved in my 1st accident ever. I'm driving a rental which is a 2004 GMC Canyon (Double Cabin Truck). Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan does it suck and I now remember why I hate American cars, ugly interior.

Unfortunately, I'm still stuck with that rental for about 2 more weeks while the Maxima gets reconstructive surgery. Fortunately though my crash was at low speeds, chasis and body frame did not suffer any damage whatsoever so the car should run as if nothing ever occured. Looks much worse than what it was.

I can't wait until the day that I get the call to pick up my Maxima up.

It's nice to have a nice post every once in a while where we say good things about the max and everyone agrees.

I bought my stepson a 2000 Intrepid w/ 2.7 liter engine (long story). It was a good deal, and is a really nice looking car. But the thing can't get out of it's own way. After driving it around for a day and a half, I was so happy to get back in my Max.

Agreed...for awhile I was tired of reading all the negativity on these boards about the Max. I still love mine and I dont regret at all on purchasing my Max.
