No it will not fit. The G35/350Z gets it's signature sound from it's exhaust, not the intake.

Add one of our intakes and you'll get a nice aggressive growl from under the hood as well as a nice performance increase to boot.

Check out the latest sale that we have going on here.

No, if you look underbody of your Max, and its in the middle, the stock pipe is huge on the Max, and I didn't get the G35 Coupe Midpipe, instead of that, I got the 350Z Midpipe, its much cheaper, and they look so identical, its just the G35 Coupe Midpipe is probably 3 inches longer than the 350Z Midpipe.

Actually, it has a deeper tone, but I was looking to see if I can make it sound as same as the 350Z/G35C, but it doesn't sound exactly the same, anyway, some people suggest me just to remove the Midpipe and it'll sound close to 350Z/G35C, I think I'm gonna do that and I'll let you know

this midpipe, is it referred to as a resonator? Triangular piece on the b-pipe? Yes, if u remove it, u will get a more aggressive sound from the exhaust, but not the sound of the 350z/g35, a little more drowney.
