All a matter of taste on what style you like....I have 20" Nitza Adagio "GHETTO CHROME" rims, I like them, personal style. They look nice and are easy to clean. Now, 300 - 400 bucks per tire, that will eventually bite me in the *** later on when I need a new set of tires. Do they grip better than 18".....for a big car, I can not really tell as I bought the car with the rims from the dealer. Does the car hit harder with 20" and do I have to be carefull....YEP. Another thing, if I get a flat, the stock spare will probably not work for a quick fix, especially for a front flat as the lower diameter will cause the front dif to spin at different speeds. So, yes, your ride quality will for street use and bad roads.....suffer, weight will be quite a bit more, but this is not a muscle car, and you will spend more for tires. Do I like the look of the 20" on my Max....hell yes....and so do all my friends. The new chrome SE stock 18" rims look good on the Max though. Personal taste. A tire and rim package is a MAJOR investment.....pick what YOU like and makes YOU happy as we all have personal tastes. Just a pic of the ones I have....for an idea..

Shop around, some people like chrome, some black, some gunmetal, some like stock....but stepping up to 20".....you have to wonder what replacement will cost you....also, if a strut blows, will the dealer blame the strut failure on 20" rims and the 35 series tires. That is why I had the dealer put it in writing that the car came from the dealer with 20" rims put on it. Big rims.....big $$$$$

I think 20 x 9's will rub in the back when weighted down. I'd stick with 8.5's. If you do go with 9's, go no wider than 245/35/20 in tires and don't lower your ride. If you are going to lower it then forget 9's. Bolt pattern is 5 x 114.3

Here's what your ride will look like with some 20 inch Katana Destiny's dropped. I'm getting rid of the Katana's and going with some chrome foose speedsters, they have a deep azz lip.

5 x 114.3 if I remember right, 5 for 5 lug.

Personally, I like these.....If they fit the Altima, should fit the Maxima....but they are not cheap.

That is a 16" rim by the way, reason it looks so small.

....I'm currently considering getting the Giovanna Anzio's

But the more I look at the Gianelle 6-Oval the more this turns to a difficult choice

Get the Maya's, they must have just come out with those in 20" or they'd be on my Max right now!!! (as you can tell from above, that's the wheel I crave)
