What are the best preformance mods

I am so excited about this new ride! I will pick it up at the dealer on Thursday... I have been reading about some of the mods available, my question is what is the first ones you all would reccomend?

I already ordered a new Grille...

Definitely a STS if you're driving a 6 speed.

We dont really know for sure how the y pipe performs. I have heard good things about CE but I still want to see some independent dynos of the pipe.

if you dont want to worry about the paint, then get the trendz grille or street scene speed grille.

does it make sense to get the y-pipe without changing the CAT? Isn't the air flow going from big to small tunnel??

Are you talking about leaving the OEM cat in place and putting on the CE y pipe? Well if so then its not possible without modifying the CE y pipe.

Well I dont trust that dyno. The TQ numbers are way to low. I do think the 6th gen will dyno around 218-223 or so stock but I know the TQ isnt under 200. Didnt someone dyno the 6 speed pipe they got?

Will adding a Y-Pipe void any warranties? Should you also add an air intake to get best results?

Being that the 6th gen is real sporty outta the box, I think the best bet is to harness that sportiness better by upgrading your suspension to lower your center of gravity and stiffen her up. After that you should start upping the power and the braking capabilities as well. (IMHO )

I have asked about brake upgrades but no one has responding which indicates a possible lack of interest to upgrade. I had a Spec V with Bembo option and they were FANTASTIC brakes. The Max brakes are squishy in comparison. I agree that brakes and suspension ought to be done first, after tint, and badge removal. I really like the Sarona grill and body kit for cosmetics. A body colored grill is a great alternative. Then, after waitnig a few months and saving ur pennies and hundred dollar bills, I think a Supercharger and exhaust upgrade is the way to go.

We had some delay issues on our 05+ Altima grille that is holding us up quite a bit. The Max is next on the list, and the prototyping/design has already begun.
