Heres my rant...my wife had some Eibachs ordered for me as a Christmas present. The springs were supposed to be in on Dec. 24th. We called on Dec. 26th to see where they were at and they couldnt seem to find them. We get a call back on Dec. 27th and it turns out the springs were STOLEN from the UPS warehouse. They said "it happens all the time"! Yeeaayy. They said they were investigating it and are sending out a new set which should be in the first week of January. Its now January 7th and Im getting very impatient...were now playing phone tag with the company and cant seem to get a hold of each other. I really hate waiting for ordered products for the car. For some reason, something ALWAYS comes up. Sorry for the rant but I need to get it off my back!!!

sounds fishy to me but I am always skeptical. I mean who robs a UPS warehouse?!?!? If anything it was an employee but patience is your friend.
