I was REALLY disappointed in the list of performance mods available for the Max so far... Looks like they pretty much gave up on our cars...

Intake - Got it
Exhaust System - Got it
Pulley - Got it
Rear Sway Bar - Got it
Flywheel - Don't have

Really wasn't much else for the Max as far as performance mods go... Maybe the grounding kit...

The G35 & 350Z mods had me fricking DROOLING!!!

Too bad work will only let me have a 4 door

those headers are garbage. If those in fact are 02-04 v6 (one size fits all headers) go read about all the trouble us 5.5 genners had with that hunk of ****.
I'd say avoid stillen, and screw them and their overpriced lousy catalog. You guys need to look further if you really wanna get into modifying your ride, hell it took 5.5 gen guys nearly 3 years to get a turbo system.... you guys have only had your gen for a year, so pay your dues and lobby companies to support your rides! : ]

Maybe look into seeing a set of 5th gen cattman headers retrofitted (or just plain installed) on a 6th gen? Have you guys approached brian and asked him ? I'm sure there are some possibilities here.

No, but i can read... Go read the flyer, it gives as much information to me, as i simply stated here. Also, go do a search if you want to checkup umm ancient history. All i'm trying to do is spread info here, not stir up controversy. It's not a secret that stillen seriously botched up the 5th gen headers, and they seem to be saying they work on a 6th gen.

Oh yea, the tragic irony is after a few guys (i think studman was one, and who else ummm, i think juice) got these headers, they were claiming no gains, actually they seemed to do nothing.

Correct me if i'm wrong here. The good news that may come from this, is that maybe you guys can use 5th gen headers, and maybe you can just go ahead with cattman or hotshot instead?

I don't know anything about the headers but Stillen is overpriced on some of its items for the '04 Max. You really have to shop around for mods. The only mods I need now is a nitous system and a DVD player. If you would like to check out what I have done so far go to www.cardomain.com/id/ramberg . Later Warren

Ramberg,

Hey man, looks like you been pretty busy over there, i like the ride, defiinatley see what you can do about headers, it sucks but they are just about all the bolt ons we can really get our hands on (5th gen guys)... They do sound great if you ever heard a cattman setup from front to back, you know what i'm talking about : ]

BTW that humidor is awesome, i dig cigars too, i wanted to sneak some cubans back from vacation but didn't bother, monte cristo was my favorite.

YEah but where it says not for street use doesnt that mean we will not be able to pass inspection? I would love to get headers (not STillen) but would nt that make the vehicle not pass inspeaction.

WTF do you think this is? you already have a thread where it belongs and no one is interested. don't post items for sale again in this forum. Take a vacation to think about it. Next time will be even longer.
