Another Spoiler Question

I'm ready for a third spoiler on my car. I've been admiring the G35 spoiler and noticed they have 2 different versions. Coupe (flush mount) and sedan version.

Couple of questions: I noticed on ebay some spoilers come painted, does the paint of infiniti match with the nissan color codes?

Which G35 spoiler will fit on the max trunk?

Does the led light bar on the spoiler match with the tail lights?

How hard is installation, do u guys have the spoiler brake light functioning?

Does the brake light interfere with the third brake light on the rear deck?

Do u need new trunk springs to hold up the extra weight?

Does anyone have the stock se spoiler with the g35 spoiler on there whip?
Pics would also be greatly appreciated

Good questions Andymax.

I have another to add:

Has anyone taken OFF their OEM spoiler? I would love to add an aftermarket like Andy mentioned, but dont want both.

It has been clarified in earlier threads that there ARE drill holes for the oem. So, has anyone done this and gotten the fix (filled holes?)

Info would be appreciated. Nice rims Andy.

The G coupe spoiler will not fit since its much narrower than the trunk. I think I measured the coupe spoiler at about 36 inches. I dont think its a good choice. The G35 sedan is commonly put on the Max. its a little too blah for me. I am installing the WRX spoiler on mine. Its not the big giant wing that is on the WRX STi, but the lower spoiler. Here is a pic:

Compared to the G35 sedan spoiler here:

By the way, the paint codes may be different. I noticed on some of those pre-painted spoiler companies that you can specify your own code. I would specify the Nissan paint code. Either that or have it painted at your friendly neighborhood body shop.

Does the paint of infiniti match with the nissan color codes? Even tho the spoiler i got is similar to the g35 one, i selected it as designed for the maxima. So when selecting what it came painted as it was magestic blue, i believe only to match the nissan paint.

Which G35 spoiler will fit on the max trunk? I've heard the coupe version does not fit on max, the sedan version, what i have does. Obviously or else it wouldn't be on.

Does the led light bar on the spoiler match with the tail lights? Yes.

How hard is installation, do u guys have the spoiler brake light functioning? Had it done professionally so can't answer that one.

Does the brake light interfere with the third brake light on the rear deck? Interfere as in? Both of mine go on at the same time. Technically then the thrid brake light is not needed.

Do u need new trunk springs to hold up the extra weight? The weight is substancial, I haven't needed new springs as of yet.

Does anyone have the stock se spoiler with the g35 spoiler on there whip?

To be honest, the double spoiler doesnt look that bad since the OEM is only a lip. Plus, it looks like it would look worse having to fill in holes if you take off the lip.

Has anyone put on this spoiler:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33638

its only 142 PAINTED from what seems to be a reputable company. I would like to see more pics,
