My car is at the dealership as I type. Had that hollow thud in the front end, tech got in, went over a sewer in the lot and he said, your strut is shot and needs to be replaced. I spoke to the service mananger and he denied knowing anything about the new TSB which I cannot find but read on this forum that Nissan know states to replace both.

Any help ASAP would be greatly appreciated. I cannot find the link in the TSB link.

 

there is no tsb. call nissan or maybe print the Sticky with part numbers I wrote up.
