Maxima vs $2.99 C-hrome & Avalap Dog

I mean seriously. Do these guys really know where it's at? The Maxima should have won that hands down! That Avalon is an ulgy looking little old lady's car! What other car in that list has a dedicated fan following fueled by a fantastic user forum like no other around. The mods that are available, the options for customization would embarass any 300 C oops $2.99 with inflation. I mean seriously what kind of (*&^&^%) was Car and Driver Magazine smoking. Have they seen how some of us customize our cars. Just a bit of work like a CAI, CAT Back and custom body work, advancing the timing etc. You go from Nice to NICER. It's so easy to get over 300 HP Stock on a Maxima that weighs the same as a Mustang GT and once modded will shame the said Mustang in to submission.
Turbos, Superchargers, NOX, 18" Mags etc etc etc. I don't see people walking down the street gawking at the 2.99 anymore now that there are tons of them out there....thank you Rental car companies and as for Avalon....sure they just can't wait to point at the car and go; "Wow! Look at those mods" ! Bling Bling y'all!"

Get serious! Listen Maxima.org. I will make you a deal. I will join and become a contributing member if you sanction a rebutle article to Road and Track to talk about mods and this forum and I would be open to creating a blog too.

What do you say? Let me at 'm!

Please?
