for those with factory navigation

what is the most current dvd out there? the one that i got with my new car is from 03 so i'm wondering if there is a newer version available and if so how much is it and where can i possibly get it? obviously the dealership, but i called them yesterday and they still haven't responded back to me yet so i thought i would ask maxima.org. also, what is the best "device" in order for me to play dvd's on my nav system? i know it's been mentioned before, but after flipping through pages of posts, i can't find it. thanks for the time guys and gals.

If I remember right, around November is when the updates come out. Hopefully this year's will include some software updates also since there are a few quirks I would like to see worked out that could be done through tweaking the software. The biggest thing I would like to see is the initial screen get changed. It would be nice if you didnt have to agree to terms every time you start the car up, instead having it to where if you had it on a trip computer screen or the blank screen when shutting the car off, that 'agree to terms' screen wont come on untill the next time you hit one of the nav or map functions after the car has been started again. I know if you ignore it, it goes away in a couple minutes, but it should do that right off the bat.

Another thing I have read is that nav discs dont have any type of copy protection to them, yet. I'm waiting for the day that our discs hit usenet and the like like all the euro systems. Not quite legal, but still.
