do not need to remove the bumper, park the car, turn the steering wheel all the way to the right. this is done so you can get into the fender well and remove the 4 or so screws in there and remove the lining.
You aren't going to have a problem putting the cold air extension part on. But when it comes time to put the filter on. At the bottom were the fender lining meets the bumper, there is a plastic cover attached to the bumper with 2 or so screws, remove them, move the lining out of the way and your right there to install the filter onto the cold air extension.
You cannot install the filter and then place it cause the opening for the 3" piping just fits and the filter won't fit through the opening.
