Do I ever have a steering shimmy??

I've read a lot of threads on the topic, and the TSB says a steering shimmy is side to side movement. Now my 04 does not move side to side at any speed, but there is slight vibration at certain speeds. When I accelerate up to highway speeds, the car is perfectly stable. Once I'm doing 60MPH, sometimes the steering wheel moves up and down slightly. Now, it doesn't bother me that much, but my 36 month warranty runs out in May. So with the shimmy issue the way it is, should I take it into the dealer?? Or would the dealer make the issue worse??

Thanks,

Ming

If you have a vibration only at certain speeds, you might just have a tire out of balance?

That is what I'm thinking too. The car is at the dealer getting checked out along with a few other things.

Cheers,
