Pulley Question

There is an auction on Ebay right now for a Maxima Pulley (lightly used). The auction says the pulley will fit a 95-05 Maxima.

The pulley is an Unorthodox Racing pulley. I checked their website and they lise two different pulleys (one for 95-01 and one for 02-05) with two different part numbers. The seller said he contacted Custom Enterprise and they told him they were the same pulleys.

Are they the same?

Thanks guys.

I asked him about it and asked for the part number and it the one for the 95-01 max's. The unorthodox web site lists different part numbers for the 95-02 and the 02-06's.

Yeah, I accidentaly bid without thinking too. If it fits, then great, but I doubt it would if the part numbers are different.

oh ok...

the only differences i remember on these pulley's were the timing plate on the back... the 3.0 engines use it, we don't...

jap pulley for the 3.0 to 3.5, all you do is remove the plate on the back.

unorthodox pulley for our cars, no plate..

these pulley's are all the same size and all, no difference at all...

Good info. I just retraced my bid because the seller wasn't responding.

So this one should work? Thanks.

So the OD/ID of the pulley is no different from the 3.0 to the 3.5. Just to make sure I understand correctly.

Tek-did you install one yet?

I looked through some older thread and couldn't figure out if the belts listed all work. When two belts are listed, does that mean they both work? i.e. I've found the belts 060408 and 060410 - do they both work? They are only 1/8 of an inch difference in length.

Also, do you need a puller? I have used one before for an UD pulley and it came off super easy, but if it's not needed, I won't bother.
