Crazy Pics From 6Th Gen

Hey here are some pics i took of a 6th gen i had to take apart at work to replace the steel bar that goes behind the dash!!!! what do you guys think!!

I did something similar to that! All of center console and face plates were out of my car becasue my e-brake linkages fell off!

I had to replace the steel bar where the sterring colume bolts to!! the car was in a wreck but i finshed it today and everything was perfect!!! as it should be

I'm getting a clunking noise coming from the middle of the dash? I hope its not that friggin bar. I dont know of one tech up here who would be able to figure that out..........

Mind as well get a gun and a suit and call it a day.

hey check under the hood there is like a flase fire wall if you remove the wipers and what not.. there is like a steel pieace you can remove see if it is loose!! I have see that..good luck

The total job took me 7hours in the Fla heat it was a fully loaded max.. i took the pics incase i could not rember how something was ran or routed ya know but all went good!!!

what was the steel bar u were replacing for anyway? What were the problems the car was having to require this?

Props to you, seeing that and getting it back together without missing something is literally genius at work.

the car was in a bad accdent.. and the bolts that hold the steering colume were messed up.. so the colume was loose..

Damn I remember when i had to open my car up so everything was re-wired... crazy crazy crazy... well my car's not outta the shop yet but here are a couple of pic of when i went up to Montreal for a week... I Dont Know If U notice the new paint job... there's a pinstripe seperasting the two colors... the stripe changes color too dark blue/green... You can notice how it's more orangy now and in the sun it's carzy ... holla @ your boy
