headlight aiming question

I did my search and I just cant seem to find it, but Im trying to aim my headlights because my driver side is a little too low. There was a thread on here a loooong time ago but I dont remember who posted it. Theres a little screw that you have to turn, but I cant seem to remember if turning it "clockwise or counter-clockwise" will aim it higher or lower. Somebody help me out. Thanks.

the driver side is suppose to be lower than the pass side for oncoming traffic...
