Short Throw Shifter for the 6 speed Maxima PICS INSIDE
Alright I just got one installed on my maxima. This makes shifting the car soo much better. The throws are nice and short now. I got some pictures of the product as well. Now the best part is I am going to be selling these to anybody that is interested in one. Fitment and quality is top notch.
Here are pictures and if you have any questions regarding the product feel free to ask. Price is $65 shipped.

Sorry to burst your bubble mang, id love to get one for the 55mm version of the shifter.
Kam
for the 55mm there will be a short shifter avail real soon. I have a 05 Altima SER with the 55mm and i have been working with someone on getting a STS made. I have the prototype on the car now and have been driving around for about 1 week with no problems...there is a slight issue witht he cable angle but there is a bracket being made as we speak, that will address this issue. I will repost when the STS is available for everyone.

so you are saying a clip is better then a bolt with thread locker? you have to be kidding.

Also wondering. But for my altima. I installed vsamoylov's version on Stalldaworld's car. It was really easy and is not gonna fall off. It's to bad he got banned. Would like to try one for my altima.

In terms of both pieces, I am not sure what you mean. I know his was the alumimum piece you see in the pick with the 6mm bolt to secure it. What is this other piece you speek of?

I have the STS installed on the car(05 Altima SER 6spd) right now...i do not have the bracket for the cable(bracket fixxes an angle issue with the cable when in 6th and reverse, also fixxes the shift pattern being brought forward and returns it to the stock location)I'm waiting for the bracket for the cable...as soon as he finishes that, i will receive it and test the complete STS. Then he will sell to everyone. Thanks for your interest and i will let everyone know as soon as i know.
Tom
it returns the stick to the stock sitting position.
with the sts installed the shifter is moved slightly forward...some people dont like that but imo it doesnt make a difference...maybe b/c i have long arms.

.This man who has been banned (for just reason I am sure) has a good design. People want to experience this design.
Like I said I installed it on Stalldaworld's car. I like it. Simple and practical. With further research on this the foward postion of the shifter can be corrected. I look foward to this mod.
Altima SER. Is this item being produced in CT? If so a meeting is in order. Being a ex toolmaker and CNC operator maybe I can help with this. Thanks
