All I have to say....." if you gonna drive a performance car, you better be a performance driver with performance brakes to get you out of performance scary situations"

Braking is unbelievable. Switchin between a max with willwoods and one with stock brakes it feels like the one with OEM has no brakes at all. Lightly tapping on the pedal with willwoods gives you instant response, something that you would not get with OEM brakes.

Just wonder what is the difference in terms of stopping power between the kit with rotors and the one that works with OEM ones.

This exact set is $1700 but one just like it except for the rotors being 13.25" is $1500. As far as spacing goes the NISMO rims provide more than enough clerance. OEM rims are a completely different story. I tried 5/16" Spacers and 18" OEM rims and it would not clear. According to KAMSKI, 4-POT calipers will be fine with 5mm spacers and 18" rims.

Happy braking!

I wouldn't expect more than $100. Its very easy, just a bit more work then changing your pads. As far as I remember, we paid $35 cause the guy was already doing some other work.

The stopping is unbelivable. As to the pretty looks, they are included.

See I was told the 6pot were smaller then the 4POTs, I dunno what went wrong there maybe I have an older version of the caliper.

My stock rims fit awesome with a a 5mm spacer. The cool thing is, if you have an SL you can use the OEM Rotor BBK with Wilwood Calipers and they will fit. My 13.6 Dual Piece rotor almost fits my 17" SL rims but the balancing weight touches the caliper body, with the 12.6 inch rotor that problem should be eliviated.

BUMP cause some chooch cant find this thread.

And yes if you have a 5th Gen the same front brake mods will work on the 6th gen.

Also, I spoke to a Nissan Tech today that confirmed:

"You can install the rear rotors, calipers and pads from a 350z non track edition if you want more rear bias and linear brakefade"

Which is also my next mod after I finish my training and come back home.

No clue, im sure Automax_95 can get the rotors and pads cheap, then we just have to worry about OE Calipers. Ours are identical except thickness, 350z accomondate a .68" vented rotor, ours are .35" solid rotor.
