Ok guys time to chime in with your opinions. I might be able to get my hands on a set of rims that lets just say fell off the back of a truck. Anyway I have 2 choices both are the same rims except one is chrome the other black. So let me know what you think.

First the chrome

Chrome with the red accents looks nice with the red car!

 

I say black but I am a little bias

 

I say black because your car is red. Looks better because it bring the dark contrast out with a lil dark colour.

 

I like Black, has more of a sleeper stealth look to it...

The black rims look much better on your car especially with the tint you have up top.

I think the black with the chrome/silver lip blends more with what you've done to your car already.

I like the 2nd wheels better. They look to be gunmetal with a polished lip in the picture. Do those wheels com ein chrome? I like chrome better, if those are the gunmetal w/ a polished lip I think those are nicer looking wheels.

Its a tough call, but I personally like the chrome better. Maybe its the crappy PS, but I'm feelin' the chrome more.
