Warranty/Upgrade Questions

Ok to start of im pretty much a newbie (as you can see from my status on the left)

Previously had an audi which I upgraded, Now im looking to upgradem my 04 max but there are a few concerns I have I have a full waranty which i purchased when I purchased my used car and I was wondering what would void this waranty becuas I have no paper that states what will void the warranty.

Second I want to upgrade the car (if the warranty is still in effect after upgrades) such as a exhaust, y pipes and headers. I would like to know what else is out there and what type of ECU upgrades are there(if they are safe or not) and also if you would recomend them. also all other suggestions are welcome.

Thank you for your help

wELCOME aboard sailor!!!

There is a lot of good info in the stickies in this forums.

For ecu, go Technosquare or SAFC2.

Intake go with Fujita.

Exhaust, if u like dual tips, go with Cattman if not go Greddy with the fart cans and then some Hotshot Altima SE-R headers.

For engine, you can get Underdrive pulley, and cams and possibly a Kintix intake manifold, and engine mounts from TAZ ooops secrets out

Brakes, you can do Wilwood, or ZX Nissan Calipers.

Suspension, you have Cattman (springs, sway bars and KYB shocks), also there are Activetuning adjustable shocks, or K-Sport or Tein Coilovers.

Wheels do something light with a good set of tires.

$7000k later and you still have warranty but only on the parts that came with the car.

S'all she wrote.

You'd need a y-pipe as well. But if you're planning on getting headers, then don't bother with the C/E y-pipe because with the headers comes the y-pipe.

A "cat-back" means from the CAT BACK And then there is still the headers/y-pipe.

HAPPY MODDING YO!

imo, you should first upgrade the suspension...this b**** packs a lot of punch, you just need to rein-force the ride through turns
