Racingline update

First off I'd like to apologize for the long delay between updates, But I really didn't want to give information, then have to recant on what I had said. The shop I was using, was having some internal issues, and being the little guy in their customer list everything kept getting pushed off, to the point that they wouldn't even give me a quote in writing as to production costs. _small family owed shop) Anyways that has been resolved. I have moved things to a larger and more reliable manufacturer.

Racingline Strut bar: Things are proceeding as planned with a few changes.

-Unfortunately production release has been pushed off till about late Jan/ early Feb. I had planned on having at least some out for christmas but the reshuffle of things has made that impossible.

-there has been some material changes: The planned silver/blue and silver/red powder coated versions have been changed to ALUMINUM bars. Therefore only the bracket ends will be powder coated, The bar will be a lightly brushed finish. The all black versions may or may not be aluminum, they may stay steel as pictured.

-A fully polished piece may be offered if demand is there, but my assumption is that most want clean, as apposed to bling.

-Dimensions will remain similar to those of the prototype

-Pre-order sales will begin next week with price to be approx $69 PLUS SHIPPING. Retail price will be approx $98 there-after

Motor Mount Inserts

MANUAL TRANSMISSION

- fitments for all manual transmission 04+ maximas front and rear mounts available. $48.95 front and rear lower mount set, or $25.99 for individual insert.

AUTOMATIC 5 SPEED

-Confirmed fitments for 04+ 5speed automatic tranmissions.

-removal of rear motor mount is hindered by the transmission housing, either the precat, the subframe, or the transmission mount must be removed ( at the same time as the front and rear center mounting bolts) to allow for sufficient twist in the engine assmbly to make clearance for removal of the mount.

AUTOMATIC 4 SPEED

-Confirmed fitments for 04+ 4 speed autos

-Rear has not been attempted at this time, the transmission housing is slightly different again, if anyone with a 4 speed 04+ maxima wishes to attempt and confirm any issues please email me and I'll give you a special price for testing.

-prices are the same as the manuals at $48.95 for a set and $25.99 for individual inserts

I will post GB info for inserts on tuesday. Free shipping for those that preorder the strut bar as well and wait for both to be shipped together!

Glad to hear things are back in line. I didn't want to say anything on the org after we talked about it. You can put me in queue for a strut bar, red & blue wouldn't look so hot with my colors. I would love an aluminium in black to compliment my car, or just solid brushed.

Already giddy.

I'm down for a simple silver one. Least bling as possible.
