The inside door handle, rear passenger door is not working. I got the instructions to disassemble the door, but when it comes to taking off the door finisher, i think thats what its called, i get stuck. i was told that I need to lift it up and off.

Any answers, suggestions???

The same thing happened to me in my 05 Max. Come to find out, my little nephew pushed the childlock back on the door. When you open the door, it's near the latch of the door. I unlocked it and it worked fine. So I would check that first before taking your door apart.
