I will be picking these wheels up on this up Saturday...

I will be picking these wheels up on this up coming Saturday. They are called: "Driv Don" 20x8.5 with 245/35/20. I got them for a really good deal on Criag's List. I have a: 2004 Max SE (gold dust color).

They look something similar to these wheels on thsi Max.

What do you guys think?

Thx!

Not bad, but i believe these wheels wount look good on the maxima. You can get wayyy better wheels for the amount you would be spending on them. Search around you still have 3 days before you pick them up...

Thanks guys for your opinions. I really do respect them (both positive & negative). But after seeing this guy's car, with the same exact wheels (Driv Don's) I will be buying this weekend, I can't wait until I get them. His car looks sick (IMO). Those wheels make his car (IMO again) stand-out from the crowd of other 6-gen Max's that I have seen on here. To me, he took a chance at being different, and pulled it off. So my hat goes off to whoever he is. Shot-out to you partner, for not following/mirroring the crowd. CAR LOOKS SICK/GREAT!!!

We don't think the Maxima is a sports car, and we're not offended. We just know a poor idea when we see one. There's a difference.

The wheels look terrible as well, and they're gonna kill your performance. That's a TON of rotational mass that you're adding. Whatever, though. It's your drivetrain, your gas, your wear and tear, your wallet.

Oooh, those aren't gonna look too good either. Perhaps pics will prove me wrong, but there's too much going on with those wheels.

Yes I did get them. Had them put on the same day. The car looks great! All my co-workers seen the car when we were leaving work, and couldn't believe how good the car looks. I am so happy I choose to go with what I liked, and not with what others liked/thought I should get. My wife was totaly appose to me buying 20" wheels, but after she seen the car.....it was all smiles. She loved how much different/better it looks. Her quote was: "you went from having a nice car, to a REALLY NICE car".

Pictures of my car will be posted soon-after I'm done with modding it. Wheels were first: (20x8.5 Driv Don's). Next: Chrome Billet grilles (upper & lower). Chrome pillar post, and chrome door-handles. Black 35% tint. Also, thinking about dropping the car .8 in the rear, and 1.8 in the front....plus cold air intake. But not really sure. I believe by lowering my car, and adding an intake, it will void my 4-1/2 year bumper-to-bumper warranty (that's right 4-1/2 yrs. B2B...paid a lot of extra $$$ for it). Just bought my car about a month ago.

Pictures below are of the exact wheels I bought this weekend, and a picture of someone elses car with those same exact wheels:
