Brake Help....

Alright so I got these Cross drilled and Slotted rotors installed quite a while ago and anyways today I was just sitting down and looked at my brakes and noticed this....

Front Wheel (Which Seems Fine)

Back Wheel ( The slots seem to be going in the opposite direction...)

I get like a wierd rubbing noise? Could this be becuase of that?
Does this Effect preformance or wear and should this be corrected or is this wrong?

Thanks for your help.

yaup, a friend of mine did the same thing on his RSX and the dumbass doesn't want to change them because he's lazy to do so, when he has a high 12 second car, and stopping the thing is ummm a little harder than usual

I read that it may increase the grip of the pads and slightly shorted its life. My drilled/slotted rotors do make more noise during braking than the OEM rotors.
