Foglight mod for 2007

I have a '07 and was wondering if anyone has found a way to modify the foglights
to come on with the parking lights ie without the headlights on. I did this mod on my
'98 and I liked it. So has anyone done this for the '07s?

I am also looking to do the same mod. How did you do it on your '98?

Rabit,

Basically you disabled the relay for the foglights by cutting the wire which
says when the headlights were on. It was a very simple mod which I
got from this forum and I am hoping someone has done it on the '07s.
I have looked at the relays and they are not labeled unlike the '98.
So without a wiring diagram I am out of luck. I am getting the service
manuals but that could take a few weeks to a month. Any help out there?

dealership was no help at all...no surprise. they claimed it would take "major work" to accomplish. they said they could do it but the cost wouldnt justify the mod. ill continue to find out more.

I suppose we could try the Titan mod. The fuse for the fogs are
in the engine bay as well as the taillight fuse. I guess I can try this
and see if it works. My only grip about this is the fogs would be on
all of the time and I would like to selectively turn them on when
I want to.

very very simple guys. make a relay harness that is triggered by your running lights. will allow for higher wattage bulbs and hids down the road if you want
