nah lol, i already have the CE Y-Pipe but i will be getting his upcoming Y-Pipe as it is much better then the CE Y-Pipe but nah that's not what i'm talking about.

it's something else he will be putting out for production but that will be in a few months but it's in the making - the only hint i can give is it's going to deal with performance

can't wait to have it. how's the cattman y-pipe by the way? you got any sound clips for it? how do you like it? did it hurt low-end at all? i got cvt so i don't think it affected me in any way but i sure can say my car runs now with the y-pipe on. i'd be doing 140 km/h and i won't even feel it lol

trust me bro, get it. it truly works, after taz tightened it and made sure it's installed properly - i definitely saw a huge improvement in hard cornering/ normal turning. i'm gonna go out tonight again and take it for a spin, see how well it handles - also i haven't put the end links yet but i will be doing both front and rear endlinks in about 2-3 weeks. let's see how that works out :P

oh wicked, great call on that :P

i'm glad i got this bar cause i loved my baby except the handling factor cause it used to lean a lot when i used to corner but with the bar installed, i feel much more confident that the car won't tip over lol not like it would but you know what i mean.

also, i know the endlinks are great but what have you heard about them? i just want to know, i forgot what the benefits were.

philoforlife-the handling is noticeably flatter in hard turns and there is slight over-steer, which imo is good for me.

tranceaddict-does the upcoming mod have anything to do with CF, if so then I think I know what it is

IF i decide to do Carbon then there will most definetly need to be a preorder with at least 20 people prepaid. Nothing will be done till the samples are 100% production ready, but to do it in Carbon is impossible for the budgets I work within lol,

guys can we please keep other topics to PM? I'm waiting for mine to arrive as well, but this thread is getting too long to look at for the topic. no wonder there are so many reposts. who would want to look through all the OT posts?

Why exactly would you look through this thread for the topic? There is nothing else to discuss; everyone is waiting for theirs to come in.

the topic is the progress of production/shipment...
regardless threads are not intended for "did mine ship yet? how's that other item? etc" that is why there is PM. It's how this forum is designed and for reason. someone looking at this product would have little chance finding the info about this topic.

but if everyone is fine with useless/off topic posts and personal conversations then i'll just let it become another 4th gen wasteland.

The USPS being closed today definitely slowed things down a day. I think most of us chose USPS shipping...

I know first hand at least 10 have been delivered ( from emails received) and I have a partial confirmed ship list so far for 50 of you. it is possible that some where held at customs as it's not normal for racingline to have so many pieces cross the border at once. Although they were drop shipped they were processed using all my info, but as of yet I have not been informed of any customs related delays. Hold tight guys I'm looking onto it. but they are 100% enroute to you

Thanks for the update, Taz.

FatMax, I've read every post in this thread. If you had paid for an item 10 months ago and were still waiting for it, you'd feel a little different. If my comment doesn't agree with you, KMA.

Just got this email:

To add more drama to the racingline strut bar the shipments were flagged at customs. They went out in 3 waves, 10 were sent direct to customers ( recieved), then 2 loads of approx 42 each were sent as a consolidation order through ups ( meaning they went on skids to buffalo to be redispersed by ups USA) the first skid apparently had something wrong with the paper work and customs would not clear it, this caused a delay for the second skid. But the second skid has cleared and has been processed and dispersed to all of you, most of them set to arrive on tuesday! For orders that were hled up on the first skid, I have processed replacement bars to be shipped direct to you. It was easier then going through all the individual waybills on the consolidation order. The first skid is now being returned to me and will simply replace the stock I used to resend the bars to you. EVERYBODY with a few exceptions ( HI, PR, Alaska people, and perhaps the odd CA resident) will be recieving them This week 100%. Custom color people should start to recieve their bars late this week and early next.

Thank you again to all who participated in this project. It took alot longer then expected and it really means alot to me that the large majority of you were nothing but respectful, patient, and supportive. For that I will allow you the choice of either 20% off your next order ( sale items included), OR a free battery tie down once they are ready ( shipping extra). They are not ready yet and will be a little while as the project was shelved in favour of getting the front endlnks ready first, but they are now in sampling. To take advantage of these offers simply complete your online purchase at any time and include a note or seperate email indicating your wish. I will cross reference your name from the preorder list and issue the appropriate refund. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Thanks,

Joe
