Driver's side power seat

All,

The driver's side power seat is bugging the crap out of me. It won't stay in place and sorta shifts forward a little when I brake a bit harder. I've had it fixed in the past when I bought the car, however the problem resurfaced. It's just annoying that my entire body shifts forward along with the seat when I brake at times.

Any ideas what it is and is it something I can fix myself? Maybe it's a loose screw?

There is a recall on the power seat. Call your dealer. They replaced the wire harness on my seat.

Thanks..
oh no way. I hate going through them. I had my car serviced at Star nissan here in queens where my buddy worked and now he quit.

I wish I can have it fixed at my local mechanic shop..

No you have to go to a dealer. It does not have to be Star Nissan.

Take it to a stealership, it's a recall and you don't have to pay anything...besides, you can bother the heck out of them if they don't fix it right the first time
