I'm not sure how you have your side mirrors set up, but most people have them so that they can partially see the side/rear bumper of their car. Contrary to popular belief this is not the best setup since there will be a significant blindspot when driving like this. I also used to have my side mirrors like this, but changed it a couple months back after reading a thread on another forum describing the best way to eliminate blind spots without buying additional accessories.

It does take some adjusting to, especially in NY city/Manhatten traffic and for parallel parking, but I definitely feel safer changing lanes without craning my neck too much.

moments. Nor am I bashing on Kam's mirror cause I would get one myself if I wasn't already used to my mirror setup.

Actually I don't even see how a blind spot plays into this. 
Kam, glad to see your okay though. Were you driving next to him or behind? I always worry about the big trucks, I like to pass by them fast and get it over with.

I like it.And Fastmax05, i didnt pay anything, they threw the lip on as part of the install. They also waived my deductable $500 cause I'm a repeat customer.
