I dont have any blind spots, care to elaborate?

Kamski,

I'm not sure how you have your side mirrors set up, but most people have them so that they can partially see the side/rear bumper of their car. Contrary to popular belief this is not the best setup since there will be a significant blindspot when driving like this. I also used to have my side mirrors like this, but changed it a couple months back after reading a thread on another forum describing the best way to eliminate blind spots without buying additional accessories.
Link to my mirror setup here: http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~gdguo/driving/BlindSpot.htm

It does take some adjusting to, especially in NY city/Manhatten traffic and for parallel parking, but I definitely feel safer changing lanes without craning my neck too much.

Besides that, glad your OK after your "run-in" with the tire.

Not disagreeing with you, but the time spent turning your head means time spent not looking at what's infront which can lead to moments.

Nor am I bashing on Kam's mirror cause I would get one myself if I wasn't already used to my mirror setup.

Kam, glad to see your okay though. Were you driving next to him or behind? I always worry about the big trucks, I like to pass by them fast and get it over with.

Yes the ride is back, but I havent had a chance to take any pics as it hasnt been detailed yet and im on nights untill Monday. But what I might do is stay up in the day tommorow and fix her all up and take some pics.

One minor flaw when it was re-assembled but the shop will be fixing that up on Saturday Morning.

I will say this though, you all will be impressed. But it does need to get detailed.

I guess it works, but I lost almost 2 weeks without my baby. And then got her 1 day before a track event so that was a little stress prepping her for the track.

And Fastmax05, i didnt pay anything, they threw the lip on as part of the install. They also waived my deductable $500 cause I'm a repeat customer.
