I wouldnt recommend it though it has been done. Your going to have a horrible ride with 22's. Not to mention tires with small *** sidewalls so youll probably bend your rims. Most of the users on here run 20's/19's/18's I would head over to 6thgenmaxima.org Ive seen a few cars on there with 22's.

Yeah 22's will fit.....22x8.5 with a high offset like +38, +40. Not a fan of 22's on the max but do what you feel.

I have 20x8.5's and I rub the sh*t outta my fender well plastic. But my max pretty dumped so it's expected.

You have a very nice perfect safe drop

Mine isnt safe and sometimes get annoying due to watching out for every damn lil bump....but damn it looks nice so I leave it lol I'm on Ksport coilovers.

How do you prevent it from rubbing?? Like does that have to do when you are turning or does that have to do with you bottoming out

22"s are too big IMO for a Max. For show, I think 20"s look perfect (if I lived in CA or FL, I'd roll on 20's year round, but not up here- I need my 45 sidewall. Either way, I'd seriously consider a BBK to help stop a wheel that big...and heavy. Good luck with your decision.
PS-OUTLAWD- your car looks bad a$$- those wheels look tight esp w/ the low drop from the coilovers- nice job!
