Who cares..... They can keep the hood and that strut tower brace too.

Takes too long and I'll want another ride by then.

I am completely confused Is this another another list for the Carbon Fiber hood that didn't happen? If so, Deus are you going to or have you contacted a company to make them?

I'm making them they will be from carbon creations, car is going in on Tuesday, (to get the vented hood, front bumper and rear gtr like bumper molded, bumper will be made of duraflex!.)
and smokinmax, don't sell your car i will need as many customers as i can get man!
and no deposits required but if you put your name on the list, pretty much you are committing so Ill take your word for it, we should have pics of the proto in about 3 to 4 weeks.

the first batch will be vented might get OEM afterwords (if this does good and i don't declare bankruptcy by then )

and thanks deus for starting this thread. I was going to do so once I had some pics, but might as well get it started now
one more thing you may want to increase the list to 15!, thats how many we are getting on the first batch.

This is exactly what I was thinking about the other day!! I can't post new threads though because of my account status. I would definetly be interested in this, but maybe more along the lines of an oem style rather than vented.

Why would you want OEM? Just for looks? Out stock hood is aluminium so it wouldn't be a performance thing...

And maybe I missed something but is there pics/renderings of the decided hood design? I may be interested...

front bumper is getting made as well, this hood is also not my first choice but there was more people who wanted this than other styles, so I'm going by popular demand, if this sell good, I will invest the profits back into ezkoncepts, so more parts will be available this year, I got tired of people complaining about the lack of aftermarket support for the maximas so here I am trying to make a difference

Just trying to keep it simple. Sometimes people get carried away when it comes to vented and then it starts to look "ricey". (no offense) If that's your cup of tea then go with it. I like to keep things simple and unique.

This is what my car looked like last summer. I'm taking off the 22's and starting off fresh. Going more performance than bling. I am selling the rims so if any one is interested PM me for details.

I'll prolly make the vents small and sleek and make sure they flow with the car, also I'll see if we can do some sort of cf cover for the vents so they can be covered up, to get a more stock look to it when ever you feel it, Like I said its kind of hard to please every body.

Small and sleek is good. Take styling cues from Mercedes, let me dig up pics.

I like a clean look as well, just wondering where you're head was at. Makes no sense to remake an OEM version unless it's just for looks that's all...

And for the record, smaller vents please. Nothing wrong with takign cues from the GTR!!

If I did get one I would probably have it painted and leave some sort CF accents. here's a pic to give you an idea, I'd have to come up with a design that would work on our cars though...

Some of these ideas are starting to look very juvenille, i agree on probably having a new car by the time mass production is started. I talked about this years ago and it never happened, by now I could care less and I think alot of ppl feel the same way, which is unfortunate for the few who want one.

I see your point, remember though a couple years ago I wasn't around; yes I know timing might not be the best I everything I'm doing could backfire on me, or it could really go great, I know the 7th gen is around the corner and some of the long time maxima owners will upgrade to that, but the 6th gen cars will still be around and they will be cheaper, making them available you a younger gen of owners eager to mod, thats what I hope will happen, If you decide to keep your car 4 months from now, I'll be just a pm away

Because so many of these threads are ending up in failure, I personally have now taken the approach that if the product (whatever it is) is not ready and I don't have a website ready to place my order - I won't even discuss these anymore....

#2, I like the way the lines flow with the lights...

And you guys aren't interested now then just pass by this thread and wait until they are on his site, then you can decide.

(larsim you said "I won't even discuss these anymore" but it seems to me by your post that that is exactly what you are doing! )

No Sir! If you read my post carefully I did not say anything about the hoods. I was just agreeing with our beloved member when he said that these mods are talked, talked and but nothing really comes out of them

guys, guys, I can see where you are coming from by not believing; like the story of the kid that cried wolf, well this wolf is coming and its hungry, everything is said and done, car is going in on Monday and there is no turning back. I knew this was going to happen again so I didn't want to post any new threads about this products until I had the prototypes on the car, (good thing deus posted this one, because of that we have much better vent designs that goes with our car).

I like 2 or 4 on the burn orange, even finer would be good. When I say finer, I mean more slits per distance.
