Une Pleu Questionne Si Vous Plait...

So after I install the 08 Bumper, Grille, and Fogs, I want to turn my fogs in the headlight HID and the new fogs I put in the bumper HID... do I need to buy two different Fog HID Kits to make both HID or can they both run off of one kit?

yes if your talking about keeping your 04-06 headlights. You can rewire your fogs so the h11 fogs work with the switch.... if you wanted to keep the 04-06 headlights and use the fogs in there and run the new hids to the bumper.. your going to have to split the fog light pos. and neg. wire... just wondering if it'll put out enough volts to power both kits... probably

04 - 07 Bumper Swap

I have a question I hope someone can help me with. I was just in a front end crash and since the insurance company is paying for the parts, I'm going to have an 07 bumper put on my 04 Maxima. My question is this, I'm installing an 07 bumper, 07 headlights w/fog and 07 hood. One of the fenders need to be replaced. Should I replace both with 07 fenders? Are they the same as the 04 fenders? Do they line up at the headlight and front doors the same or are they different? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No need to get 07 front fenders, everything will connect
or install onto the 2004 perfectly. I'm the one that originally
got all of this started with the swapping of the hood, bumper,
and headlights. Trust Me! It will work fine on 04 front fenders.

"Could you cop the 07 hood as well, instead of messing with the contours?"
Well, it is possible, but then you'd have to cop the '07 lights as well. OR modify THAT hood to fit the 04-06 lights. Either way a hood would have to be modified. At least as far as I can see. And if you did get the 07 lights, the quarter panels would have to be remolded too. I believe I went the cheapest and most effective route.

the statement in red is false the fenders from 04 threw 08 are the same part number wich mean they are exactly the same figured id just let every one know this...

Almost done with my 04 to 07 bumper, hood and headlight swap. Waiting for the finish covers for the fog lights to come in to finish the job. I'll post pics when I'm done.

Glad I found this thread with info. It was detailed perfectly and pics was provided to help the ones who think they can somehow make it work. I really would of liked to have the 07-08 kit for winter but that means i'll have to spend a ton to get a stock look. I'll just stay the the 07-08 rear
