Suspension Setup?

I know this may be dead but I need recommendations based on my needs.

I'm doing a full suspension swap and what I want to accomplish is very specific.
I'm more a function than a fashion guy and i'm in no way keeping the crappy stock suspension.
I want to maintain handling characteristics while improving ride quality.
IMO the stock ride quality keeps going to crap every 10,000 miles after they replace the struts.

And if there's anything additional I should add please let me know.

Active tuning no longer makee so decision just got easier. Doesnt matter honestly between H&R and Progress. i run Progress and am happy with the GR2 setup.

Neither of the above. Eibachs and GR-2s get my vote
