Chart in post #25 shows those gains right at the beginning around 3500-3700rpm.
Chart in post #34 shows about the same thing, a gain at 3500rpm.
I guess I don't see the low end loss in either dyno but Aaron make a good point about launching at a higher rpm for 1/4. I dont know if guys are launching like that on the street.

Aaron, I'm in the 6sp manual and I have not noticed any low end loss with just the VIAS removal.
In regular driving I try to launch the car in the 1200-2000 rpm range depending on hill grade and the TQ is there just like it was before but the power comes on much smoother from 3500 and up.

The red line is stock. The blue line is the VIAS assembly removed. Look right at 3800 rpm on this chart. Below 3800rpm, that's when you lose HP. But from 3800 rpm all the way until redline, you will gain HP.

The spacers will definitely help low end and midrange power without sacrificing any top end. Everybody who's installed the Intake Spacers along with their Removed VIAS, SSIM, or Kinetix has had good results.

Removing the plate seems to add a little bit of top end, and removing the shelf and everything else REALLY improves the top end. If you're going as far as to remove the VIAS system function (removing VIAS plate) might as well go big and remove the entire shelf.

The only thing I did between runs was unplug the VIAS electronic switch.

I really thought we'd be able to offer the SSIM to our customers, but the costs are just too high. I was going to have the entire shelf removed by a CNC end mill and have a flawless cut. It would look exactly like it came this way from the factory. The VIAS area is already machined with an end mill straight from the factory. We would be able to continue this edge all the way down. This would truly be a beautiful cut.
But I wasn't able to get the 'per unit' costs low enough after everything is setup and programmed. Right now, if I offered it, it would cost about $300 (not including core charge of $100) and I don't think people would like that.

I totally agree! If you are going to remove the VIAS, removing the shelf along with it is definitely the best way to go.

One thing I noticed when taking the VIAS out was the entire VIAS assembly is probably 25% bigger than just the portion that flips open/closed. So it seems like with the VIAS out you'd get even more air flow versus simply disconnecting it...just my 2 cents.

The only thing that NmexMAX's dyno chart shows is the loss you may see with the removal of the VIAS assembly. But it will not show the top end power gain you'll get.

No assembly was removed, only the actuation, so all pieces that came from the factory are still in there in those dynos, the only thing disabled was the actuation f the electronic actuator.
