Here's a new one for ya

So, my car thinks that everytime I get in and start it......

The trunk opens ?! I get the little warning on my info readout, and I am 100% sure that I do not push the fob nor pull on the release latch, but the thing is un-hinged ... Who's got reasons for this, and a remedy ??

Many thanks in advance.

try locking it from the glove box and see if it works. when you lock it only the key fob opens it. if thats the case then it could be a fuse or a crossed wire ??

you could possibly be hitting the keyfob by accident and not realizing it.
