Trouble Codes

Whats up fellas. I'm having a couple codes being thrown from my 06 SE-R, and I kinda need a lil help figuring out which direction to go. The two main codes are P1402 which is an EGR system code, and the other is P300-random misfire and P301 which is a misfire from cylinder #1. The car doesn't even have 40k on it so I wouldnt think the EGR would be bad. When the car is sitting at idle it idles rough like it is missing, but once I get going in drive, all the way through 1st gear, 2nd and so forth it runs absolutely fine. Runs fine driving in the city as well as on the highway. As some of you know I do run nitrous on the car and I did have NGK Iridium 1-step colder plugs in it but I changed them back to the stock heat range hoping it would fix the problem but it didnt. Now I'm wondering if the coil on cylinder #1 has actually gone bad, but I thought if it did go bad then the car would sputter all the way the the rpm band but who knows I may be wrong and it just may do it part of the time especially while I'm sitting at idle and then the other 5 cylinders may take over once it gets going? So if any of you have had any experiences with a bad coil or know what I'm talking about and could provide any helpful information I would greatly appreciate it.

Juiced, you might get some help here but I think you may want to hit up Faust on the other site as well. You know he's a Nissan Tech.

Here's a good procedure and information for testing your coils. I know it won't be exactly same since this was for a DE-K, but you should be able to adapt the steps to do it on your car.
