Who has installed a performance chip...

What brand did you decide on and why ? How hard was it to program into the
car's computer ?? and where did you buy it ???

I'd love to get somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 hp is this the way to do that ?

 

technosquare does nissan ecu re-flashes. theres no plug and play "chips" for the maxima. you have to send your ecu out to be tuned by technosquare or whoever you choose to tune it. your not going to be in the 300whp area with just an ecu though(assuming your stock otherwise). i personally dont have their re-flash, but other members do and it seems to be a good upgrade. heres a link to their site. http://www.technosquareinc.com/


if you want 300whp, speed force racing sells a turbo kit for the 3.5 that would give you about 300whp, also vortech superchargers are a popular choice. or you could go my route and get a nitrous set-up
