I have an 05 SE and thinking of trading up for an 08. They are going to give me 14k for my car which has 44k miles on it. It is a base SE. With the addition 4k manufacturer rebate from Nissan and they are selling me the new one for $800 below invoice.

What do you guys think? Should I pull the trigger? Do you think it would be worth it.

Hey man I dont think for a 08 I would for a 09. I Like th 04's. The 08's are different but love my 04. Just my .02..

 

So what, about $27-28k for invoice minus $4k rebate.....$23-24k then $14k for yours.....so about $10k for the '08?

Personally, I wouldnt do it but thats me.

 

If the 05 is paid for go for it. I bought my 08 as soon as I paid off my truck. I love my 08 and I'm slowly doing mods on it. It's usually not a good idea to trade in a car that you owe money on.

09s not even that cool + ull have to wait so long to mod it... just grab the 08 i got one and i love it

but judging by this post, you want an 08.... i dont blame you. I was in the same boat 3 months ago and choose an 08.

i personally cant stand the new 09's.

when i got my 08, they gave me 4000.00 off of invoice. so if they are only giving you 800.00 off, they can take more off if you tell them that your shopping around for the best price, shake the guys hand and walk off. Lets see if they stop you before you walk.
