Hey guys...I know this probably has been covered many times but I have an 05 with a lip spoiler. What exactly is needed to be done to convert to 07 spoiler.

a new trunk... i just had this problem... but i had a friend change trunks with me without any spoiler...
for the spoiler you can get off ebay for about $120.00 shipped (painted)

Either get a new trunk or have some body work to cover the holes...

why do you have to switch trunks? cant you just modify the one on the car? i dunno im a paint and body newbie.

 

The holes from the lip on the 05 and the 07 wont line up therefore you need to either fill those holes or get a new trunk. whichever works for you. There might be someone who is looking to get a free spoiler if they have the same trunk as you so they might give you theirs for yours but if your not that lucky then go to a body shop and get some of those holes filled so you can get the new one put on.

 

Where should I post to see if someone would want to swap trunks?
