Due to this thread, i take it there are no aftermarket companies that make signal mirrors for an '04 maxima? i was hoping to install some signal mirrors, but was looking for more of a direct replacement, 100% fit.

Nope there are not, there was a guy on EBAY claiming to have them but a member bought them and they did not fit. This is the only current option. Besides molding in some lights as Graymax07 did...

Jason wire them through the fender to the turn signals you cant wire them undr the dash because there is no way to get to seperate signals for left and right untill you follow the lines for the signals themselves

Already done, I tapped into the BCM based on the wiring diagram. It's just the rest of the stuff I need to hook up now...

As everyone knows the 7th gen 'S' doesn't come with blinkers in the mirrors. my ma bought the 'S' because she felt she didn't need any of the other options but she does like the turn signals in the sideviews. is this a hard mod to do? i would like to have this done for her but wanna find out all the specifics before doing it. also does anything like this void the factory warranty? thanks fellas

7th Gen Mirror Wiring Diagram

I found this thread when trying to find the diagrams before I found them in the manual. The right and left mirrors are the same minus pins 15 and 16 which control the auto-dimming and is driver side only.

Then I need to match them up to the other diagram because all the wires are different colors, I have both diagrams just haven't had time to do it...

You in Fountain Valley? And the hood is from a local member/vendor http://forums.maxima.org/6th-generat...ezkoncepts.com but it's for the 04-06. Nothing for the 08's...

Welcome aboard, if you are so cal then keep an eye on the "west" forums for meet ups etc...

Still need to call you about that. The wiring on mine were all completely different. I just need to open them back up and mess with them again...

I'm still looking to get these mirrors. There is no option to get LED Side Mirrors for the 6th and these are few and far b/w unless you want to spend 245 a piece for them.

The only place I found the side mirrors was on Ebay. I think that the 7th gen mirrors fit the 6th gen very well, people complain about the size of the mirrors but they fail to realize that the 6th gen are decent size cars, but that is my opinion.
