Transaxle problem. Is my car still warrantied?

After trying to diagnose a vibration issue with many good suggestions from you guys, I have been told by a trustworthy mechanic that I probably have a transaxle problem. My car has 52,000 miles, therefore still under powertrain coverage. My question is, does my Fujita CAI and Racing line Y pipe effect my Nissan warranty? Do I need to replace these items with the stock pieces before taking my car to the dealer or since these parts are not part of the drivetrain they're ok? Has anyone had a transaxle issue before? Thanks!

1. i had a problem with my transaxel on my 05 max. i had extended warranty and it covered it with no problem at the dealer.

2. you should take your car to the dealer and ask them to look at it. then ask them of the warranty will cover it. Tell them you had another mech look at it and said it needs to be replaced. Regardless, you will have a record at the dealership. So if later it brakes, you can always say, i had you guys look at it when i had 52K miles and it was fine, now its broken????

3. The fujita and Y-pipe should have nothing to do with a transaxel. but knowing the dealer, they may try to make an excuse for you to pay... if that happens, take your mods off and take it to another dealer.
