The rears will not work without brackets , after that issue is clear than you have to worry about the ebrake.

its not worth to get the Z32 rears when you can find Z33 rears at low cost,
The benifit of having Z33 Rears is they come with vent rotors, everything is entirely bolt on.

I have the rear calipers and rotors for sale but I am missing the bracket that holds the calipers themselfs , if you want to upgrade them PM me for pricing.
OEM brand new rotors with USED calipers.

Also the Rear Brembo will also bolt up from the Z33 , this is what im running now with Z32TT up front.

You will also need to trim down the shield as well.

I have the 300zx tt fronts and the 350z rears and I LOVE these brakes. Fronts are lightweight, look fabulous, and have a great selection of pads. Also, the pads are very easy to change. I use Hawk HP+ pads which have great bite and do not fade. The rear 350z brake calipers have a tad larger piston and come with vented rotors and bolt right on. The 300zx rears do not fit and would need a bracket, as previously mentioned. Also, as mentioned, the e brake is an issue as well.
