So there is no confusion I'm making this new thread with the final design.

Fist and most important, I will need a local (southern California, buena park area) guy who is interested on this lip, we will need the car for 1-2 weeks to develop the lip, we need the whole car because the bumper needs to be installed on the car to avoid any fluctuation's and to make sure we get the desired lines, and of course you will get Free.

final design and prices:

DEPOSIT $120
DUE ON ARRIVAL $80
ACTUAL SHIPPING $75


TOTAL OUT THE DOOR: NO MORE THAN $275
PRICE IS GOOD ONLY FOR THIS FIRST BATCH
AFTER THAT LIP WILL HOVER AROUND $250+S/H




I understand is not easy to put down money for something is not even made yet, so to give some incentive, final price for this first 10 buyer will be $200+shipping which will be around $120, after this fist batch price will hover around $250.

Once I get at least this 8 people on the list, I will start sending out invoices, after those come back payed, I will start sending out emails to all the buyers with updates including pictures of the design process, as we have the option to change little things along the way, but nothing radical, once the lip is completed it will be sent out to make a mold from it, at that point it'll be a couple of months before we get lips.

yes that is correct, I will set up a page for the deposits which I have decided to be $120 non refundable so make sure you are willing to wait at least 2.5 months to get your lip , I won't be taking deposits until I can confirm at least 8 guys who have the money ready though.

My question is what is the turn around time on the development...for example...you receive our money lets say the 15th april.... by what date would be looking at receiving the lip...tentatively..week for development....1 month for multi production ..two weeks for shipping... just trying to figure out a time line....

also what are the two circles in the center of the lip....

id say there is a small gap between the lip and the bumper. and those 'two circles' are supports for the lip

whats best is that you won't even need to paint this lip, as it almost looks like stock stuff

yeah i was think that it'd almost be cool if it were textured. kind tie in the theme with the lower section of the rear bumper. either way though, its going to look great. so hurry up people. i want my lip dammit! hah

I would definitely get one but i live in San Francisco where our streets and hills make it seem like we are driving on a safari. If it wasnt for such crappy driving conditions i would not have second thoughts about buying this lip because it is at a very affordable price.

you should be fine, cause if you are no lowered it would be just like driving with a lowered max with the stock bumper.

you can do it, you just have to be a little more aware. i had a 91 celica with a full body kit that was molded on and i was slammed. the kit had to of only sat 2 inches off the ground.

i wont say i never bottomed out cause i did, but all i did was pay attention when i was going up a steep driveway.
ive seen kits on cars that are at normal ride height, or even taller cause of stupid rims. lol and their kits would be torn up cause they just dont know how to drive with them. its all in the driver

anyone frm NY getting the lip? im lowered on ksport coils but im pretty sure later on when im ready ill be buying this =].. how many inches would the lip be? aprox 2inches?
