I was installing my alpine 9847 deck and alpine eq 5755 deck over the weekend and noticed that there was no antenna wire..? I'm not quite sure if this is only on the 6.5 gen max only or if its with 6 gen max'z also.. Is there a way to tap into the antenna..? Is there something I got to buy..? Anyone else came across this problem..? If so, what was the conclusion..?

I also bought a metra kit for the radio and I only used one small piece from the kit.. I still have the kit with the extra compartment, screws, and brackets for sale if anyone is interested.. It's brand new.. I paid $29.99 for it but I'll sell it for $25.99.. I live in Boston, so if anyone is interested in the area feel free to pick it up.. Yes, there is an antenna adaptor that you need to get. The small gray plug on the back of the stock radio is the antenna plug. This is what you need:
