I bought this with the stock oem bulbs. Would this just be a direct p&p?

Well dude, those are factory ballast. I am not sure they will marry up with you headlight assembly that easily if you are running non xenon headlight assembly. When I had my headlights out, it didn't look like I could just pop an OEM xexon ballast in and that was it. The issue had to do with the ballast actually attaching to the headlight assembly, with the wiring going into the unit and issues of a proper seal. I think fabrication is required. I am not even sure your wiring harness will marry up with the xexon ballast....

Anyhoo, someone who has attempted this before will let us know.

Why dont you just buy a HID kit? It be cheaper.
