Hi everyone....I'm having problems with my KYB GR2's again....I replaced my Front Right Shock under their lifetime warranty program last year and just about 1 week after I had the new Springs (Eibach PROkit 1) replaced under warranty for a broken spring (Front left). Now when I turn the car I hear a lot of noise...the stealership did the spring work and took it back and they think it's the shocks. Never heard noise like this ever! Thumping/Clunking sounds with a little of grinding noise. It's terrible...I don't hear much noise going over crevices (small cracks) mostly over bumps or when I turn the car. I thought it might also be the bearing mounts again....
I was wondering if anyone knows if there are adjustable shocks availble for our cars yet? Like KYB AGX?
Thanks for the help!

Just an update: One of my friends who is a mechanic thinks the top bearings mounts that hold the shocks are worn out again are in need of replacement. He says that if the bearings seize in any way then that could be a source of noise when turning the steering wheel and could ultimately damage or crack a spring! Which I actually had happen to me on the left side...see my post on the Eibachs...this leads me to believe that Nissan techs are not as informed as they should be and IMHO I think there should be a TSB on the subject....in other words Nissan should either redesign this part which would explain a lot of the premature failtures on the shocks and springs and admit they have a front suspension issue. Everyone here should have their top bearing mounts checked every year especially in areas where the roads are bad. JUST MY 2 Cents.
I am going to insist that they be inspected for free as they are covered on my extended warranty and that they should not even charge a diagnostic fee for this as this is a serious concern. Smarten up Nissan!
