i need a new fuel injector i am trying to buy one on ebay the guy asks me what color is mine black grey or purple i have absolutely no idea i havean 07 maxima any one has any info to help me i appreciate it thanks

 

What makes you so sure you need to replace a FI when you don't even know the "color" designation you have?

BTW, I couldn't answer your question, I was just curious about the trouble your having, and how it was identified to be the FI...

 

it came up on the diagnostic test by the mechanic but not i nor the mechanic looked at it

 

Maxima are Grey bodies , very skinny , The purple one is for the 350z

 

where is the fuel injector located?

I need to colorize mine as well
