I have the exact same plate ordered it about 5 weeks ago, they said 6 weeks so I'm waiting on the call...

Only thing I came up with was 40 South Carolina.

You are 40 years old from South Carolina whats so cool about that. I'm lost here clue me in. I think its suppose to say something else. 1 guy posted 4 disc which I have no clue what that means.
