Spoiler question about 05 lip to G35 style spoiler

Ok guys. I searched before I posted. None of the posts I found seemed to answer my question. When people say that there are alignment holes that need to be covered up for one to use an 07 spoiler, does this apply to a g35 style maxima spoiler as well(aftermarket one seen on ebay)? For instance, where exactly are these holes located? Would the g35 style spoiler cover these holes? I didn't see it mentioned in previous posts just only in regard to the 07 spoiler. I'm really trying to ditch the hamburger emblem in the back. Thanks for the input.

I'm sure its been said before. The holes under the lip spoiler are towards the rear. Not on top of the trunk lid. Any other spoiler is using holes on top of the trunk lid.

Thanks. After looking at it outside, I really should have thought about it more before posting. Just wanted to make sure that was the case.

Hmm, is it just me or is the G35 spoiler a little much?

I guess but what's a decent alternative to the 07-08 spoiler? I like my setup right now with the Nismo name badge on the mesh grille. I get a lot of "Oooh, what type of car is that?" One guy even thought I had the SRT version of a maxima. LoL In my opinion, getting a 07-08 spoiler will just make the back of my car look like that model year only with black LED tails and magnaflow exhaust. Don't get me wrong, the 07-08 spoiler does look really nice.
